Completing the form & attending the meeting does NOT guarante that you will be a coach for HGSA. You must pass an ASA background check. New ASA background check forms will be available at the coaches' meetings.If you have any questions please contact a HGSA Executive Board member.

Make sure you have Accident Report Forms on you at practice &/or games.

Make sure that every player turns in the Emergency Treatment Form.

Make sure you have given a copy of HGSA Code of Conduct to all players /parents.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE : ALL TEAMS MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 ACE CERTIFIED COACH AND ALL OTHER ASSISTANT COACHES, TEAM MOMS/ ON FIELD VOLUNTEERS MUST HAVE ASA BACKGROUND CHECK! ALL THESE REQUIREMENTS WILL BE DUE ON/ OR BEFORE DRAFT DAY (FEB.4TH).

 Please note******Transportation and Ride Issues: Transportation hardships or other special circumstances must be indicated on the registration form. The HGSA Board will consider these requests, but is NOT required to accommodate the requests if it is not in the best interest of HGSA or the division of play. The intentional or unethical stacking of team rosters will not be allowed by HGSA. Any suspected team stacking will be reviewed by the HGSA Board prior to the Spring Draft********



 ALL PERSPECTIVE COACHES, ASSISTANT COACHES
& 
TEAM MOMS MUST BE ASA BACKGROUND CHECKED 
AND OR ACE CERTIFIED
BEFORE THE START OF THE SEASON
AT LEAST ONE COACH FROM EACH
TEAM NEEDS TO BE ACE CERTIFIED. 
ALL REQUIREMENTS MUST BE DONE BY FEB. 4TH (DRAFT DAY)

BE SURE TO RENEW YOUR CERTIFICATION IF YOU ALREADY HAVE IT.
