Team Parent aka "Moms":
Team mom meeting has been rescheduled for Sat. Feb. 23rd at 9:00 a.m under the pavillion at Kate Barr Ross Park. Please call Monica Loizos w/ any questions that you have at 936-714-3472. PLEASE BRING PROOF OF YOUR BACKGROUND CHECK WITH YOU TO THE MEETING.
Any adult who is in charge of the girls on the field (coaches) or in the Dugout (Mom's) must pass a mandatory background check. Team Mom's will complete & ANY body who be in contact with girls on the field or dug out must pass the NEW ASA background check & volunteer form. What do Team Moms do? Essentially you keep track of all paper work and anything else your coach can get you to do.
Make sure you have Accident Report Forms on you at practice &/or games.
Make sure that every player turns in the Emergency Treatment Form.
Make sure you have given a copy of HGSA Code of Conduct to all players /parents.
Make sure that ANY body who will be in contact with girls on the field or in the dug out has passed the background check & volunteer form.
